July 4/9 Waves workshop (from the 4th at 6 pm to the 9 at lunch)
July 10/15 Heartbeat (from the 10th at 6 pm to the 15 at lunch)
For the first 5 days (Waves) there are no prerequisites required, the retreat is open to everybody.
For the 5 days Heartbeat it is necessary to have danced at least 15 hours of Waves level.
Dancing day after day in a beautiful place allows the whole system to unwind and listen to the deep self. We mix depth and creativity with good company and a warm welcome.
Heartbeat is a distinct body of work within 5 Rhythms practice.
The intention is to embody the heart by studying how emotion moves and gets stuck, letting go of frozen emotion from the past, and clearing the way for love.
Heartbeat over 5 days gives spacious time to inhabit, explore and befriend our feelings, finding the shapes of fear, anger, sadness, joy and compassion. Our capacity to inhabit our deep loving selves expands as we open to this journey. Bold and vulnerable, broken yet strong, our hearts allow us to dance. Into our wholeness we transform old emotions into aliveness, preparing the way for love.
5Days Retreats are a specific prerequisite for the 5R Teacher Training.
Venue
La luna nel pozzo, Contrada Foragno, Ostuni (BR), Apulia - Italy
The venue is a theatre center, in the countryside, based in an old beautiful rural house with a lot of wild land around.
The place is easy reachable by both the airport of Bari and Brindisi and for the Ostuni railways station, a shuttle service is available from both airports or the village.
The food is mostly vegetarian, but with some fish too, and very available to adjust in case of vegan food or celiac or other request.
The rooms are double and (one) triple occupancy.
Camping is also possible with private tent.
Single rooms are available in a separate BB closeby.

About anti Covid rules
As soon as possible we will inform about the rules to follow to be guest in our venue.
In case of retreat cancellation due to a governmental level decision to forbid gathering events we will refund the deposit or payment done.
We will try to communicate it as soon as possible compatibly with the situation, but we will not in any way refund any travel or other expenses paid in order to attend the retreat
