"Sunshine and Moonlight", summer retreat, Waves level, with Alex Mackay

There are no prerequisites required, the retreat is open to anybody.

Summer in Puglia, the miracle of simple pleasures like sunlight and moonlight on our skin as we dance, delicious food and the blessings of the elements, becoming more alive in our bodies.

Moving outside through Gabrielle Roth's maps, we will take a shared journey through soulful territory, spend time in good company, laugh and share quiet moments.
From our hearts, we send out this invitation and a big welcome to look forward to the retreat together until the summer rolls around.

5Days Waves Retreat is a specific prerequisite for the 5R Teacher Training.

Venue

La luna nel pozzo, Contrada Foragno, Ostuni (BR), Apulia - Italy

The venue is a theatre center, in the countryside, based in an old beautiful rural house with a lot of wild land around.
The place is easy reachable by both the airport of Bari and Brindisi and for the Ostuni railways station, a shuttle service is available from both airports or the village.
The food is mostly vegetarian, but with some fish too, and very available to adjust in case of vegan food or celiac or other request.

The rooms are single, double and (one) triple occupancy.
Camping is also possible with private tent.

Arriving at 6pm on July the 3rd
Departing at 3pm on July the 8th

Is also possible to book a B&B at walking distance joining the group during the all day and staying for one or both meals.

Terms of cancellation

In case of retreat cancellation due to a governmental level decision to forbid gathering events we will refund the deposit or payment done.
We will try to communicate it as soon as possible compatibly with the situation, but we will not in any way refund any travel or other expenses paid in order to attend the retreat.
