Heartbeat is a distinct body of work within 5 Rhythms practice.
The intention is to embody the heart by studying how emotion moves and gets stuck, letting go of frozen emotion from the past, and clearing the way for love.

5Days Heartbeat Retreat is a specific prerequisite for the 5R Teacher Training.
Prerequisite: 5R Waves
Only participation to the full workshop is allowed

Heartbeat over 5 days gives spacious time to inhabit, explore and befriend our feelings, finding the shapes of fear, anger, sadness, joy and compassion. Our capacity to inhabit our deep loving selves expands as we open to this journey. Bold and vulnerable, broken yet strong, our hearts allow us to dance. Into our wholeness we transform old emotions into aliveness, preparing the way for love. Surrounded by olive trees and permaculture gardens, we will be dancing inside and basking in the summer sun in-between sessions.

Casina Settarte is a place where the sun is reflected on the white roofs of the trulli sprouting here and there amongst the green of olive groves, life is marked by the principles of love for the land, attention and care for every living being and the search for our essential self: a centre for creative development and education, creative research and experimentation surrounded by nature.
There are very interesting accommodation options including a trullo house, a cave, and camping in the orchard! We will eat together and help with serving each other and tending to the beautiful surroundings, living in harmony with nature.

The retreat starts on August the 5th at 6,30 pm (Arrival time 6,00 pm)
Ending on August the 10th before lunch (Departure at at 3pm after lunch)

Casina provides the shuttle service from Ostuni railways station at 5,30pm the starting day and after lunch on the departure date.
