We begin the process by embracing and expressing both the body and spirit, the feminine and masculine energies of our nature. The soul can only be present when the body and spirit are one. Once the body surrenders to movement, your soul will remember it’s dance. When the soul is in charge, your life becomes a love story.

No prerequisites required, friday class and the full workshop are open to everybody.
The workshop counts as 15 hours of Waves level towards the 5R Teacher Training.
